Welcome to My Ayah. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using My Ayah, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

My Ayah provides access to Quranic stories, daily Ayah verses, and related Islamic educational content through video and text formats. Access to premium content requires an active subscription.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or 4+ with parental consent)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You may not share your account with others

Subscription Plans:

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans with a 7-day free trial for new users.

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment Processing:

All payments are processed securely by Apple Inc. through In-App Purchases.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings.

Refunds:

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Share or distribute content from the app without permission
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the app
• Upload malicious code or viruses

All content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My Ayah or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY AYAH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
